 As championed by the Pan-African Community Development Corporation (PA/CDC) symbiotic synergism is the design philosophy of the proposed Pan-African Village at Leimert Park—melding distinct entities together such that the total effect is greater than the sum of the individual effects. It’s a development that emphasizes business growth, jobs, beauty, diverse Afro-centric attractions, safety, and community involvement-- to create an exciting cultural tourism destination.
Also, a world-renown Academy will be developed that will provide education and training in the Arts, Culture, Entertainment and the Sciences, making great use of the celebrity and master performers who already regularly appear in the venues existing in the village. When we meld the rich resources, each component fuels and feeds off the other. This symbiosis leads to the efficient use of resources....... |
